Restaurant Kitchen Manager
$55,000- $65,000 + bonus
Medical Dental and 401K
PTO 2 weeks a year, 3 weeks after 3 years

Kitchen Manager Basic Responsibilities include:
- Supervises and directs BOH operations and its staff, and works with the FOH
- Supervision of BOH Management team and employees
- Assists in sourcing and recruiting talent
- Plans and leads shift meetings for BOH
- Maintains high cleanliness standards and holds team members accountable for adherence to cleaning schedules
- Creates weekly BOH schedules
- Conducts regular line checks
Kitchen Manager candidates must possess the following:
- Must have high volume experience of $3.5 million or more
- Strong leadership qualities - the ability to direct and "grow a team."
- Should have a mix of FOH & BOH experience
- Accustomed to planning and leading shift meetings, particularly for BOH employees
- Experience in running a kitchen that has a set menu and set ingredients list, and adhering to recipes
