What Youll Do (Day-to-Day)
- Be the first call that keeps chargers charging:troubleshoot AC/DC EVSE, diagnose faults, and deliver resolutions with precision.
- Own the case, close the loop:log, track, and resolve issues inSalesforce Service Cloudto meet SLAs.
- Turn data into answers:analyze OCPP logs, PCAPs, SLAC tests, and network traces to find root causes.
- Level up the ecosystem:deliver hands-on training to customers, partners, and technicians in Zerovas certification program.
- Collaborate across teams:work with R&D and third-party SLA partners to drive continuous product improvement.
- Be field-ready:travel primarily within CA/West Coast, with occasional nationwide assignments.
What You Bring
- Associates in EE/Electronics or related field (Bachelors preferred)orequivalent hands-on experience.
- 2+ yearsin EVSE, power electronics, or field technical support/maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of:
- AC/DC power systems:208/480V 3-phase, low-voltage controls
- Networking:TCP/IP,OCPP, VPNs, cellular connectivity
- Safety:NEC, OSHA,NFPA 70E
- Proficient with service/ticketing tools (Salesforce Service Cloud preferred).
- Strong communicator with customers, electricians, and third-party providers.
- Able to liftup to 50 lbs., work safely in field environments, and follow procedures.
- Nice-to-have:EVITP, NABCEP, or OEM EVSE certifications (not mandatory).
