Support StaffEl Camino Real Restaurant More Info1040 N 2nd St, Philadelphia, PA, United States Full/Part Time • Hourly (Based on Experience) Expires: Oct 10, 2026El Camino Real Restaurant Bustling Northern Liberties restaurant is seeking support staff and Food Runners.Support PersonDuties and Responsibilities:Perform bussing responsibilities such as clearing empty glasses, plates, napkins, and trash from bar top and tablesMaintain overall appearance and cleanliness of barPerform clean-ups of spills or other customer accidents as neededWash and polish all glasswareCheck and re-stock ice binsFollow all opening, closing, and weekly sidework procedures during each shiftRequirements and Qualifications:Experience in barbacking or bussing preferredAbility to perform well under pressureDetail-oriented, organized, cleanAble to follow instructions and willing to ask questionsMust be able to lift at least 30 lbs.Must have a flexible schedule (may be required to work late shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed)RunnerDuties and ResponsibilitiesDeliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accuratelyEnsure each dish is presented properly and delivered to the correct tableCommunicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and kitchen team members throughout serviceDescribe dishes to guests as needed and assist in maintaining a high level of hospitalitySupport servers with table maintenance, including clearing plates and resetting tables as neededAssist in keeping service stations stocked, clean, and organizedMonitor dining room flow and anticipate team needs during busy service periodsFollow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standardsRequirements Qualifications:Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while staying composed and detail-orientedStrong communication skills and a team-first mindsetAbility to remain on your feet for extended periods and carry trays or plates safelyFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysGenuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest servicein a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shiftCompensation DetailsCompensation: Hourly (Based on Experience)Required SkillsAbility to Multitask EffectivelyStrong Problem Solving SkillsStrong Time Management SkillsAdaptability to Changing SituationsCustomer Service Orientation
