We're searching for a kind, dependable Direct Support Professional to join a wonderful support team for a warm, funny, and community-minded woman in her 40s who lives in beautiful Chestnut Hill.

She enjoys volunteering, staying active, spending time in her community, and continuing to build her independence. We're looking for someone who will encourage her, celebrate her successes, and become a trusted part of her day.

This is a positive, low-stress environment where you'll have the opportunity to build a genuine relationship and make a meaningful impact every day.

Available Shifts

• Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Monday–Friday Overnight: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do

You'll provide support that helps her enjoy an active, independent, and fulfilling life, including:

• Planning fun community outings and meaningful daily activities
• Preparing simple, healthy meals together
• Encouraging exercise, healthy routines, and wellness
• Assisting with choosing weather-appropriate clothing
• Providing respectful reminders for personal care when needed
• Supporting volunteer opportunities and community participation

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Kind, patient, and encouraging
• Experienced (at least two years of caregiving or direct support experience)
• Familiar with supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Creative, flexible, and positive
• Able to pass state and federal background checks
• A non-smoker

Pay & Benefits

Starting pay: $21–$25 per hour , based on experience and the level of support provided.
