WE’RE HIRING: AUTOMOTIVE OFFICE MANAGER!
Are you an experienced automotive dealership accounting professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Office Manager to oversee dealership office operations and support daily accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee dealership accounting and daily financial transactions
✅ Review general ledger entries and accounting schedules
✅ Manage bank deposits, reconciliations, and accounts receivable
✅ Oversee deal posting, billing, inventory, and contract funding
✅ Assist with payroll, sales tax reporting, and factory incentives
✅ Support financial reporting and month-end closing
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of Automotive dealership office or Automotive accounting experience required
- Strong knowledge of dealership accounting processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
