Job Summary

A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Proposal Lead - Construction in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for a senior proposal professional with a strong background in construction, architecture, engineering, industrial facilities, infrastructure, RFQ responses, RFP responses, and design-build pursuits.

The Proposal Lead - Construction will support high-impact pursuit efforts by developing client-specific proposal content, coordinating with technical leaders, and ensuring proposal packages are accurate, polished, compliant, and aligned with brand standards. Key Responsibilities

- Lead assigned RFQ and RFP responses, including complex design-build pursuits, ensuring themes, scope, qualifications, and project experience are accurate and compelling.
- Write, edit, organize, verify, and format proposal content to create high-quality, client-specific response packages.
- Coordinate with senior technical staff, project development teams, proposal managers, and regional leadership to keep pursuit efforts on schedule.
- Lead proposal kickoff meetings, capture planning discussions, and communication with local and remote partners.
- Support presentation and interview preparation for prospective clients.
- Maintain proposal, project, and marketing information in company databases and help capture project data, progress updates, onsite events, and photography.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
