Summary

As the Assistant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Reporting to the General Manager, you will utilize your core skills in staff training, hospitality management, and team management to lead and develop a high-performing team. Premium experience in food service management and POS systems will be essential in maintaining efficient operations. With a focus on restaurant experience, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing guest satisfaction and driving the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional service standards are met.
Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Manage food service and kitchen operations, including inventory control and food preparation.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Conduct interviews and assist in hiring processes to build a skilled team.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

Must be 21+ years of age
Reliable transportation to and from work
2+ years of experience in restaurant management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000+ per year (experience based)
