Summary

As the Assistant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Reporting to the General Manager, you will utilize your core skills in staff training, hospitality management, and team management to lead and develop a high-performing team. Premium experience in food service management and POS systems will be essential in maintaining efficient operations. With a focus on restaurant experience, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing guest satisfaction and driving the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional service standards are met.
• Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Manage food service and kitchen operations, including inventory control and food preparation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Conduct interviews and assist in hiring processes to build a skilled team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000+ per year (experience based)
