The Ronald Nation District Manager of Farmers Insurance in Bellevue, WA is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team!
Our district office is located in Bellevue, and we're up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets. If you want to be a part of a winning and competitive culture, then this may be the career for you.

ResponsibilitiesOffer products such as Home, Auto, Business, and Life Insurance
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities
Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers using tested systems and processes that increase success
Stay informed about competing products and services
Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
Additionally, you will have the support of the Agency Owner and Customer Service Team to connect with clients on policy renewals and support clients with claims.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships is crucial, often involving networking and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
RequirementsSales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Must obtain the insurance license, and we pay the fees.
