Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Evaluate clients insurance needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Process applications, renewals, and any changes in policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
• Meet production goals and objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Be outstanding at relationship building to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Insurance Producer License: Property & Casualty (Preferred, but not mandatory)
• Life Insurance License (Preferred, but not mandatory)
