Salary Range: $110,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually Cipriani & Werner is a multidisciplinary law firm. The Philadelphia Office in Blue Bell, PA is looking for a General Liability Associate Attorney to join our growing team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Evaluate new files. Client communications. Discovery production. Conduct Depostions. Research and prepare legal memoranda on various areas of law. Prepare and argue discovery. Substantive, dispositive pre- and post-trial motions and appeals. Attend pretrial listings. Motions and trial. Position Requirements: Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an active license in good standing in Pennsylvania; admission to the New Jersey Bar is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of General Liability litigation experience required. Ability to manage files from start to finish. Experience in commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accident and product liability required; Trial experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred. Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment. The salary range for this position is $110,000-$140,000 and represents C&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
