Responsibilities
- Provide obstetric nursing care for laboring patients, including monitoring maternal status and fetal well-being.
- Interpret fetal heart monitoring and respond to non-reassuring tracings in collaboration with the obstetric team.
- Assist with labor, delivery, cesarean births as needed, and provide postpartum care and education to patients and families.
- Administer medications, manage IVs, analgesia, and obstetric protocols per physician orders.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and uphold sterile technique and patient safety standards.

Requirements
- Education: ADN required; BSN/MSN preferred.
- Licensure: Unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of perinatal RN experience.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP); Fetal Heart Monitoring Intermediate (FHM); STABLE Program – STABLE Learner (STABLE).
- Additional preferences: EPIC experience preferred; Spanish language skills preferred.
