Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan or provide treatment. Advise and educate patients and families regarding communication strategies and devices. Document and maintain patient data regarding progress and treatments to ensure continuity of care and adjustment of treatment plans as needed. Participate in continuous education to learn about new and innovative speech therapy techniques. Required Skills Strong understanding of speech-related conditions and treatments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare staff. Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the needs of diverse patient populations.
