Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in line with regulatory requirements and GAAP.
• Oversee accounts reconciliation, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
• Analysis and interpretation of fund performance data.
• Liaise with auditors, administer audit process and review draft financial statements and audit findings.
• Monitor cash and capital transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, distributions and transfers.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, company policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and manage operational risk within the accounting process.

• BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred
• Earlier experience in public accounting is highly valued
• 3-5 years of overall general fund accounting experience
