Technical Recruiting Manager

Who You Are You are a disciplined Recruiting Team Lead or Manager who has successfully led a team of 5+ recruiters in a high‑performance staffing environment. You have a sales‑forward mindset, wanting to touch all aspects of the process You take pride in building structured, accountable teams and believe that strong process drives strong results. You lead from the front and don’t shy away from difficult conversations; you embrace them. You believe policies exist to create consistency and performance, and you ensure they are followed. As we are continuously growing, we are looking to hire individuals at the Associate, Senior and Lead levels with sales‑forward mindsets who are excited and able to multitask across Recruiting, Account Management and Sales efforts. Please note: this is NOT an HR role. We will only consider candidates with an agency recruiting background. Key Responsibilities Train, coach, and mentor members of the recruiting team, leading by example through hands‑on recruiting activities. Interview, negotiate with, and deploy technical consultants onto projects. Draft, revise, and submit proposals of candidates to our clients. Direct recruiting efforts through strategic initiatives and active collaboration with adjacent teams. Lead hands‑on client correspondence to drive forward executive decision‑making and ensure consultants get deployed. Develop key performance indicators (KPI) for members of the recruiting team and drive the adherence to these processes. Job Requirements 6-10 years of professional management experience in agency recruiting or account management in the technical staffing industry Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week Comfortable cold calling candidates Hands‑on leadership/mentorship experience: training, coaching, and mentoring other recruiting professionals Flexibility and commitment beyond standard business hours — we value those who embrace challenges and go above and beyond EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills are absolutely required for this role This will start as an onsite role based out of our office and can move to a hybrid schedule once you’ve placed your first candidate. However, as new recruiters join the organization, you will be responsible for coming on‑site during their training period. Once your team is performing, you can move to a hybrid model, which includes two (2) remote days/week. Compensation Package: We offer a total compensation package of $100,000‑$150,000 (base salary and uncapped commissions). Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and how the candidate scores during each step of the interview process.
