Graphic Designer - Digital Systems & Campaigns (Remote)

Position Summary
Covercraft Industries is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to architect and execute creative deliverables across digital and print for Covercraft’s brands. This hybrid role works collaboratively within the creative services team to execute campaign and product launch creative through final production, builds and maintains the team’s Figma design system, and scales that consistency into everything from email and web assets to trade show and print materials. The ideal candidate is an elite technical craftsman who is equally comfortable in digital and print, works fluently in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, and can manage complex, multi-channel design builds end to end.

Core Responsibilities

• Campaigns and product launches: Execute campaign and launch creative that scales seamlessly across digital and print channels based on strategic briefs.
• Design systems: Build, maintain, and govern Figma component libraries, email modules, templates, and brand style guides used by the production team.
• Digital and e-commerce: Design email, paid media, web, and landing page assets, including high-fidelity variants for A/B testing.
• Print and sales enablement: Design sales sheets, packaging, catalogs, and other print collateral, delivering flawless print-ready files.
• Trade shows and events: Design booth graphics and large-format materials across the automotive and marine businesses.
• Marketplace and commercial channels: Architect and support Amazon and partner channel digital assets as needed.
• Brand consistency: Enforce strict brand standards and licensed-brand requirements across all digital and print visual outputs.
• Collaboration and workflow: Execute creative deliverables based on structured briefs submitted via Jira, working alongside the creative services team to ensure all assets are finalized, approved, and uploaded to the digital asset library (Canto).

AI-Assisted Design — Preferred Capability

AI fluency is expected to supplement — not replace — traditional design, helping the team handle growing asset volume efficiently without compromising brand quality.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools within a design workflow (e.g., Photoshop Generative Fill, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI features, or comparable platforms).
• Ability to use AI-assisted workflows for tasks such as image extension, background replacement, mockups, and variant creation.
• Judgment to know when AI-assisted output meets brand standards versus when traditional design work is required.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience across both digital and print (in-house or agency).
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants and auto layout.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns from structured briefs through final production.
• Working knowledge of both print production (bleeds, color, proofing) and digital specifications (email, web, paid media).
• Portfolio demonstrating digital and print work, including Figma examples, this is a screening requirement; applications without portfolio examples will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or maintaining a design system or component library.
• Trade show, large-format or packaging design experience.
• Email design experience using modular templates or an email platform (e.g., Listrak).
• Experience creating Amazon A+ content or other marketplace assets.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket, marine, outdoor or consumer product industries.
• Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and project management tools such as Jira.
