Provide and explain auto, home, renters, and other insurance quotes in a clear and professional manner. Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and meet monthly production goals. Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and consistent follow-up. Process new business applications and assist with policy changes and endorsements. Maintain accurate customer information and activity notes in agency systems. Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate. Work closely with the agency team to achieve individual and overall agency sales goals. Requirements Illinois Property & Casualty License preferred but not required. For motivated candidates interested in building a long‑term career in insurance, we will provide guidance and support to help you obtain your license. Previous sales experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Motivated, dependable, and goal‑oriented. Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and closing sales. Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
