Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Connect with inbound and outbound leads

Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, and Life insurance

Follow up consistently using our CRM system

Build relationships and generate referrals

Track activity and improve performance over time

Success in this role comes from consistent activity, coachability, and a willingness to grow.

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Coachable, motivated, and growth-oriented attitude

Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn

Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required

We understand that great candidates may not already be licensed.
