What You'll Do As an Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will: Connect with prospective customers through phone calls, referrals, email, and walk-in opportunities. Build relationships and identify customers' insurance needs. Provide quotes and explain coverage options in a clear, helpful manner. Follow up on leads and guide customers through the decision-making process. Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the right coverage for their needs. Assist existing customers with policy changes, renewals, and service requests. Maintain accurate customer information and activity records within agency systems. Work closely with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Contribute to agency growth by achieving individual and team performance goals. Committed to providing exceptional customer service. Preferred Qualifications Previous sales, customer service, retail, banking, call center, telecommunications, or insurance experience. Insurance industry experience is helpful but not required. Illinois Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance Licenses are preferred. Not licensed? No problem.
