The compensation for this opportunity includes an hourly wage of $17 - $18 per hour, plus commission and bonuses. On average first year producers earn $50,000 - $80,000 per year. Process new policy applications and manage changes for existing customers with precision and care. Connect with local community members to build lasting, trust-based relationships. Respond to inquiries regarding billing, claims, and policy details in a helpful and timely manner. Maintain accurate client files and stay up to date on carrier requirements and changes. Actively listen to individual needs to identify opportunities for account rounding and better protection. Requirements Illinois Producer License for Property & Casualty, and Life. Previous experience working in an insurance agency or direct sales role. Solid understanding of personal lines and life insurance products.
