responsibilities:

• Perform material take-offs and compile detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects.

• Solicit, gather, and review competitive subcontractor and supplier bids for accuracy and scope coverage.

• Collaborate with design teams on plan adjustments, specifications, and scope revisions.

• Issue invitations to bid, coordinate site visits, and handle subcontractor inquiries throughout the bidding process.

• Support the Chief Estimator with maintaining software updates and expanding the vendor/subcontractor database.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
