Regional Sales Director, Psychiatry - New England

Regional Sales Director for psychiatry franchise in New England, responsible for leading regional sales execution, developing field talent, and translating franchise priorities into strategic plans. Role requires deep market knowledge, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and maintain competitive positioning.
Responsibilities
- Model AbbVie's corporate values and ways of working across leadership and teams
- Translate market insights and franchise priorities into actionable regional sales strategies and field execution plans
- Coach and mentor leadership team while identifying and developing top talent through meaningful opportunities
- Drive franchise growth by delivering top-line and bottom-line results aligned with enterprise priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field
- Proven sales management experience with track record leading pharmaceutical teams
- Commercial pharmaceutical industry experience including physician selling and managed healthcare
- Ability to develop strategy and inspire teams toward performance goals
- Project management experience and cross-functional partnership skills
- Healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing eligibility and maintenance
- Valid driver's license for regional territory travel
