What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with personal care and daily routines
• Support independence while ensuring safety and comfort
• Build meaningful relationships with residents
• Observe and communicate changes to the care team

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in MN
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Experience in senior living preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
