Job Summary The Manager FP&A position is an integral part of the finance team supporting our applicable business partners and is responsible for providing financial leadership & guidance to achieve company objectives. This position will need to have a collaborative and teamwork mindset to bring value to our business partners and organization. The Manager FP&A will lead the Annual Financial Plan, Quarterly LE Forecast, & monthly reporting processes for assigned areas. This role will be responsible for finding novel approaches to solving problems and focus on improving processes across the organization. The person will be required to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build and manage effective working relationships throughout the organization. Responsibilities Financial Plan & Latest Estimates (LEs) : Leads the Annual Financial Plan & LE Forecast cycles and collaborates with business partners to monitor revenue and expense performance indicators to provide guidance and insight into financial forecasts. Develops proposals to mitigate or enhance risks and opportunities with sufficient lead time. Management Reporting : Prepares monthly reporting packages, working with business partners to explain variances and implications on business performance. Works with Director of FP&A to streamline reporting and provide management insights to inform decisions. Develops KPI metrics and tools to evaluate performance across the business. Business Partnering : Builds effective working relationships with business partners and influences strategic decisions to align with company objectives. Enhances business knowledge of functional areas to identify synergies and efficiencies. Challenges the status quo to improve cost‑effective approaches aligned with strategy. Change Management & Special Projects : Develops and improves processes to enhance efficiencies and offers novel solutions aligned with company goals. Leads ad‑hoc special projects and may oversee staff development. Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. MBA in Finance preferred. Experience : Four or more years of accounting and/or financial planning and analysis experience, and/or pharmaceutical/R&D experience required. Licensing : Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred. Travel : Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, potentially limited travel for conferences or trainings. Salary Range

USD $127,280.00 – USD $190,920.00
