Job Description

Mountain View Dental in Ruidoso, NM is hiring an experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated individual who thrives in a patient-focused dental environment and enjoys working closely with both patients and coworkers.

This full-time Dental Assistant position is ideal for someone who is energetic, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced dental office.

Dental Assistant Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during dental procedures and treatments
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Provide exceptional patient care and chairside support
Take and record patient information accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the office
Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene
Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations
Follow all safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications

Previous Dental Assistant experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask in a busy dental office
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Comfortable working on your feet throughout the workday
Passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for
