Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Job Description Job Description Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and commissioning commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities Perform service, maintenance, repairs, and startups on commercial HVAC/R systems
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete accurate, high-quality repairs
Prepare for service calls by reviewing job scope, materials, and site conditions
Deliver professional customer service and ensure job completion standards are met
Follow all OSHA and company safety policies at all times
Participate in safety meetings and ongoing technical training
Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and team members
Uphold company culture, values, and professionalism in the field

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
Completion of HVAC/R technical or post-secondary program
5+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience
Valid North Carolina driver’s license
Clean driving record (required for insurance approval)
Must pass background check and drug screening (required)
Ability to perform physical field work: lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in varying conditions
