We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to take charge of kitchen operations in our high-volume Corpus Christi establishment. You'll work alongside talented culinary professionals, mentor a dedicated kitchen team, and help deliver exceptional food and service night after night. What You'll Do

- Monitor inventory, food costs, and waste to support operational efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on menu development and kitchen process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Sous Chef or senior line cook experience in high-volume establishments.
- Strong command of full kitchen operations with multi-station coordination expertise.
- Current food safety certification and deep knowledge of sanitation and HACCP protocols.
- Natural leader with excellent communication skills and ability to inspire team performance.
