Sous Chef | Full-Service | New Opening
A high-energy, full-service restaurant is coming to life and we need a Sous Chef who's ready to help shape it from day one.
What You'll Do
- Run the kitchen alongside the Executive Chef
- Lead, train, and develop line cooks and kitchen staff
- Assist with ordering, inventory, food cost controls, and waste reduction
- Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance across all stations
- Be a hands-on presence on the line
What You Bring
- 2+ years in a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager role in a full-service, high-volume kitchen
- The ability to lead a team through a slammed service without losing your composure
- Genuine pride in the product — consistency matters to you on every single plate
- New opening experience is a plus but not required
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
