Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery Lead and motivate a team to provide outstanding customer service Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Develop and implement operational policies and procedures Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Train and develop staff to enhance skills and performance Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and updates Analyze sales trends and customer feedback for continuous improvement Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume setting Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Solid understanding of restaurant financials and budgeting Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
