General Manager – Multi-Unit Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead operations across our family oriented full-service restaurant locations as we enter an exciting rebranding phase . This is a unique opportunity for a creative, forward-thinking leader who not only excels at day-to-day operations, but also brings fresh ideas, energy, and vision to help shape the future of our polished casual dining brand.

About the Role:
You will play a key role in both operational excellence and concept evolution —helping refine our guest experience, team culture, and overall identity as we reposition and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for all restaurant locations
• Lead, train, and develop management and hourly staff
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and overall profitability
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
• Contribute ideas to rebranding efforts , including menu direction, service style, promotions, and guest experience

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (multi-unit experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proven ability to manage costs and drive profitability
• Creative mindset with a willingness to bring new ideas to the table
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
