Public Areas Attendant The Public Areas Attendant maintains the cleanliness and appearance of guest-facing areas and supporting back-of-house spaces such as employee lockers, hallways, and service elevators. Maintain supplies and clean all public areas of the hotel, including staff areas as assigned. Clean and check all public washrooms every hour; keep supplies (pens, pencils, memo pads, ashtrays, matches) available. Dust all tables, lamps, ledges, marble, and surfaces; clean glass doors and mirrors. Clean telephones, public washrooms for employees, and the pool area washrooms. Make routine checks of all public areas to ensure cleanliness and neatness. Empty ashtrays and keep them stamped with the hotel logo. Check guest elevators regularly; clean carpets, mirrors, and polish brass as required. Create and submit work orders for any deficiencies to the Housekeeping Department. Housekeeping House Attendant The Housekeeping House Attendant prepares the housekeeping team for success by stocking rooms and storage areas with clean linen and transporting dirty linen. Keep villa sidewalk and patio areas neat, swept, and mopped. Ensure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors are clean and mark‑free. Maintain clean, organized service elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage rooms. Move racks of clean room linen to guest‑room floors. Stock linen storage rooms daily with supplies and amenities. Empty trash and dirty linen from guest villas; move beds, furniture, and turn mattresses. Assist the housekeeping team with moving heavy objects and other duties as required. Guestroom Attendant / Turndown The Guestroom Attendant/Turndown delivers a comfortable evening environment by cleaning, refreshing, and preparing guest rooms for nights slept in. Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of guest rooms; perform turndown services to exacting standards. Close drapes, reduce lighting, turn music on, and prepare beds. Restock towels and used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, and cotton balls. Pre‑prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests. Interact with guests, welcome them, and respond to special requests with high‑level hospitality. What You Bring High school education or equivalent experience. Preferred experience in a luxury hotel housekeeping environment, ideally with Four Seasons or a comparable organization. High level of attention to detail and ability to operate cleaning equipment. Strong working knowledge of English. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required for golf‑cart operation). Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening, and overnight shifts.
