Email & SMS Marketing Specialist – Klaviyo & Shopify Expert · Baltimore, Maryland, United States (Hybrid) We're Hiring: Email & SMS Marketing Specialist – Klaviyo and Shopify Expert Are you the kind of marketer who lives in the data AND the copy? We're a fast-growing U.S. apparel & accessories company with a portfolio of nationally recognized licensed brands (automotive, beverage, country/lifestyle) plus our own in-house brands, selling through wholesale, custom/print, and direct-to-consumer channels. We're looking for a Klaviyo and Shopify expert to fully own our email & SMS channel as we build our marketing team from the ground up. You'll own the strategy AND the send button segmentation, KPIs, storytelling, and design, all in one seat. What you'll do Own the full Klaviyo email + SMS channel end-to-end across D2C and B2B/wholesale Write the copy, build the story, and design the campaigns, not just pull the data Work inside Shopify for product pages, discount codes & minor site edits Manage multiple brand accounts, including our flagship brand + a smaller sister brand Own key KPIs: conversion rate, revenue per send, list growth & segmentation Help build the strategy for our biggest revenue season of the year (Q4) What we're looking for Proven, hands-on Klaviyo experience (email + SMS) D2C and/or B2B/wholesale Proven, hands-on Shopify experience (product pages, discount codes, basic edits) A true hybrid skillset: analytical AND creative, not just one or the other Comfortable bringing ideas & respectfully challenging the status quo Bonus points: Klaviyo/Google certifications, apparel/fashion/D2C background, Salesforce, Meta Ads, NetSuite, TikTok, or Google Analytics exposure Hybrid schedule just 1-2 days/week on-site in Baltimore, MD Health benefits card loaded with $6,500/year (covers doctor visits & prescriptions) 401(k) with profit matching A culture that gives creatives real room to make their mark (we keep full-time illustrators on staff with benefits!)
