As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning all dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils used throughout the shift by employees and guests. Your duties include, but are not limited to, helping put away deliveries; keeping the dishwasher in good working order; setting up the three‑compartment sink for all hand‑washed equipment; being knowledgeable of the chemicals used at each step of the cleaning process; sweeping and mopping floors as needed; and maintaining open communication with team members. Qualifications: a good sense of balance, the ability to bend and kneel, a high level of overall awareness, the ability to multitask, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds waist‑high, and the capacity to move quickly and stand for long periods.
