Payroll Analyst

Job Title Payroll Analyst Location Boise, ID Pay Range What's the Job? Lead the bi-weekly payroll process and off-cycle payroll cycles in a timely and compliant manner. Resolve complex issues related to taxes, deductions, timekeeping, and pay calculations. Support bonus payments, adjustments, and special payout processing. Assist and respond to employee and manager payroll inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Participate in system upgrades, configuration changes, regression testing, and pay rule validation. What's Needed? Experience working with payroll systems such as Workday or SAP preferred. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities. What's in it for me?
