Your next nursing opportunity starts here with an impactful role as a Registered Nurse for home health care. We're seeking a skilled RN with OASIS expertise for a 13-week, full-time contract. If you have proven clinical abilities, precise documentation skills, and enjoy the flexibility of managing a structured schedule, this position could be your next rewarding step.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Probable on-call responsibilities
- Structured daily visit expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care to patients in their residence
- Complete thorough patient assessments and accurate, timely OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans
- Perform wound care, medication management, patient education, and disease monitoring
- Clearly communicate updates or changes in patient conditions to the larger clinical team
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of one year of recent home health RN experience required
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation is essential
- Strongly prefer familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase
- Dependable transportation and a valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
