Technical Recruiter
Location: Carmel, IN (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Quarterly Bonus

What You’ll Do

• Drive the recruiting process by sourcing, cold calling, and engaging with top candidates.

• Manage the full cycle of recruiting: prospecting, relationship-building, interviewing, and placing candidates.

• Partner with clients in manufacturing to understand their needs and deliver staffing solutions.

• Consistently meet and exceed performance goals while growing your candidate and client networks.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, HR, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles (internships count).

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse personalities.

• Track record of exceeding goals, handling rejection, and staying motivated.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
