Working directly with executive and business-unit leadership, you will translate business priorities into effective workforce strategies while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.This role is accountable for the full HR function, including:HR operationsorganizational developmenttalent acquisitionperformance and employee developmentemployee relationscompensation and benefitscomplianceThis role will support a workforce of professional, office, field, and craft employees while helping Moore Industries attract strong talent, develop organizational capability, and maintain a consistent employee experience.This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional who combines strategic thinking with practical execution. You should be comfortable operating independently, influencing leaders, navigating complex employee matters, and creating HR practices that can support a growing project-based organization.
