Field Sales Representative

Overview As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. What You’ll Do Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Speak to new and existing customers one‑by‑one to educate and secure their business. Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn care needs. Convert a “just looking” conversation into a signed agreement using a proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance with a CRM to measure activity and follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell products and services with precision, showing customers how to level up their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Strong communication skills, from small talk to closing conversation. Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and sometimes lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English. Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions. Most candidates start in the lower half of this range. The upper end is reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
