Job Summary:
An ICU Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Kearney, Nebraska. The organization is seeking qualified candidates to join the ICU team at their facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. This is a 12-hour shift position with the ability to work varying shifts including days and nights.

Job Details:

• Address: 10 E 31st Street, Kearney, Nebraska, 68847
• Shift Hours: 12 hours (Day shift: 06:30 AM 06:30 PM, Night shift: 06:30 PM 06:30 AM)
• Schedule: 36 hours per week with self-scheduling for core staff; unable to guarantee block scheduling.
• Required Qualifications: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse; minimum of 2 years of relevant ICU experience; certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, typically on Progressive Care Unit or Medical-Surgical units, with patient ratios of approximately 1:4 to 1:5.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be available to work at least two holidays during the contract period. A drivers license is required at submittal.
