We're looking for an experienced HR professional who will partner with our leadership team to support and develop employee resources in our fast-growing business. The Senior HR Manager will report directly to the CEO and be a critical part of the success and progress of LGLNA as we execute the North American Expansion Plan.Key Responsibilities:Lead and direct routine HR functionsManage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of office, warehouse and CDL driver applicantsCollaborate with leadership team to guide and understand skills and competencies required for openingsMaintain compliant employee records and filesDevelop, implement, and maintain company policies and proceduresOversee employee orientation and training programsWork with company leadership to implement employee engagement and retention programsManage employee bonus and incentive programs, including validating payout amounts and performance goalsTrack and record performance reviewsAnalyze trends in compensation and benefits.
