This position will be responsible for managing physical security projects across the sector, performing security assessments and independently identifying countermeasures to mitigate risks. Completes project documents including design drawings and statements of work for access control, intrusion detection and video systems. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of physical security projects and serves as liaison between stakeholders and selected suppliers. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress, intervention and problem solving with other stakeholders and selected suppliers.Basic Qualifications for Senior Principal Project Management:Bachelor's degree 10+ years experience (8+ with a Masters) in managing physical security projects to include construction specifications, access control, intrusion detection and video systems. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor's degree.Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite; the ability to create, manage, and manipulate the tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelProven success managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience interfacing with all levels of employees and LeadershipAbility to lead and manage projects related to IDS, Lenel, Video Systems and other physical/technical security related systems.Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within critical deadlines.Attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning and presentation skills are required.Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others.Knowledgeable in ICD 705, NISPOM and applicable UL standards.Experience with access control, IDS and video systemAbility to initially obtain an interim secret clearance upon hire and maintain a security clearance (US citizenship required)Ability to travel as required.Preferred Qualifications:11+ years experience managing physical security projects involving Lenel, Digital Monitoring Products, MAS, Milestone, Razberi systems.Physical Security Professional (PSP) certificateProject Management Professional (PMP) certificateSharePoint experienceActive secret or top-secret clearance with ability to obtain SCISalary Range: $102,200.00 - $153,200.00Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
