About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead its mission of sourcing and distributing food to combat hunger. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and effective management of a complex, multi-site operation, ensuring the safe and compliant movement of a significant volume of food. This role demands a leader with a strong background in operations, supply chain, distribution, logistics, and transportation, who can oversee a large team and multiple facilities while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and regulatory compliance. The SVP will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the organization's mission, culture, and strategy, and will be expected to foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
