Now hiring a Warehouse Associate - Direct Hire in Belgrade, MT with our client, Amazon.

Integrity Staffing Solutions is acting as a sourcing/recruitment service on behalf of Amazon. This position is for a Direct Hire role with Amazon.

This position offers various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with a pay rate of $19.50 to $20/hour plus $3000 sign-on bonus . Join a fast-paced warehouse and fulfillment operation, supporting accurate order processing and adhering to safety and quality standards.

About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for picking, packing, sorting, stowing, and staging products for shipment. You will operate handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory, move products safely throughout the facility, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Your contributions will ensure productivity and quality expectations are met.

Pay Rate:
$19..50 to $20.00/hour plus $3000 sign-on bonus

Available Shift Times:
Various shifts including days, nights, and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, sort, stow, and stage products for shipment
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders
• Move products safely around the facility and operate equipment in a secure manner
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols
• Meet productivity and quality goals

Key Requirements:

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Comfort working in a warehouse environment with noise and varying temperatures
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation

Preferred qualifications include warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, production, or general labor experience, and familiarity with RF scanners or handheld devices. However, these are not required.
