Excellent sales skills with strong customer service and natural leadership. Fun, outgoing, confident, and engaging. Passion for the latest trends, fashion, and shoes. Driven and motivated to work hard and succeed. Strong communication skills and natural ability to talk to everyone. Desired Experience 2+ years as a cashier. 3+ years in customer service. 2+ years of leadership experience. Experience selling athletic shoes is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Sales Lead pay range: $18.00 – $18.00 per hour. Bonus opportunity based on performance.
