Scrum Master

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Scrum Master to join a leading Company located in the Orlando, FL surrounding area.

**US Citizenship is required.**

**Candidate must possess an Active Secret Security Clearance.**

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for guiding 1-2 agile teams through agile development of operational baseline updates.
• Facilitate all Scrum Meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Promote Agile principles and best practices within the team and across the organization.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Track team performance metrics and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Ensure transparency of progress through radiators like burndown charts, dashboards, etc.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, reporting requirements, and security protocols.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Must have some experience in IT, full-stack, Software, or systems engineering and working with engineering teams.
• Must have some experience in IT, full-stack, Software, or systems engineering and working with engineering teams.
• Scrum master certification required.
• Must have experience using Jira.
• Must have active secret clearance.
