Business Analyst – Healthcare Integrations Duration: Contract through 2026 Location: hybrid in Minneapolis West suburbs, open to remote We’re seeking a Business Analyst with strong healthcare integration experience to support provider, pharmacy, and vendor initiatives in a complex healthcare environment. This role will partner closely with IT, product owners, and external vendors to support integration mapping, validation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication across healthcare claims and data exchange processes. Key Responsibilities Support provider and pharmacy integrations with external healthcare partners Coordinate data exchange and integration activities across vendors and internal teams Identify gaps, resolve issues proactively, and drive accountability across projects Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership Bring structure and clarity to fast-paced, matrixed environments Qualifications Healthcare integration and vendor management experience Strong communication skills and executive presence Experience with healthcare claims or payer/provider workflows Ability to manage ambiguity and complex stakeholder environments Preferred: HealthRules experience Bonus: PBM/vendor experience (OptumRx, Express Scripts, Navitus, Prime, etc.) The projected hourly range for this position is $70 to $95.
