Customer Service Representative

TEKsystems is hiring Member Service Representatives to support a Fortune 100 Financial Institution. This is a great opportunity for candidates with customer service, call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or account support experience looking to grow their career in financial services.
*Candidates must sit within 60 Miles of Pensacola, FL to be eligible for this opportunity*
*Pay:*
- $19.75/hour
- Paid Training
- Start Date: August 17th, 2026
*Schedule Availability:*
Candidates must be available for one of the following schedules:
- Monday-Saturday (with Sundays off)
OR
- Sunday-Friday (with Saturdays off)
*Specific shifts and hours will be discussed during the interview process.*
*Responsibilities:*
- Assist members with account-related questions and requests
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone
- Research and resolve account issues
- Educate members on available products and services
- Document interactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies
*Qualifications:*
- Customer service experience required
- Call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or account support experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
