You'll be embedded in our world-class Customer Experience team, learning from the ground up what it takes to deliver moments of magic to our customers. You'll also get exposure to our Market Operations team, so you can see the driveway and Vending Machine experience up close and appreciate the full, end-to-end car buying journey. Our goal is to give you a 360‑degree view of that journey and empower you to make a real, tangible impact. We have a ton of internal growth opportunities, and Customer Care is truly the launchpad for them. While we don't expect you to have any prior corporate experience, we are looking for: Currently enrolled in a four‑year university and on track to graduate in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 (i.e., a rising senior). A genuine obsession with helping people and a deep sense of empathy. An insatiable curiosity and a desire to understand the "why" behind the "what." A top‑notch communicator: you're clear, concise, and can talk to just about anyone. A true team player who is always willing to lend a hand. Resilience and a positive, can‑do attitude.
