Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Small Clinic

This is a 13-week contract position.

Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with a 4x10 schedule.

Join a small, collaborative clinic as a Physical Therapist Assistant, supporting a diverse adult orthopedic patient population. You will work alongside one Physical Therapist, a part-time PTA, office staff, and a tech, focusing on various orthopedic conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Administer therapy interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Manage daily patient visits, scheduled every 30 minutes.
• Document patient care using NextGen documentation system.
• Collaborate effectively with clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• License to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred; new graduates are not accepted.
• Experience in general orthopedics and management of conditions such as Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, and post-operative care for joint replacements.
