Wanny Clean is hiring house cleaners in Meridian. Monday through Friday, home in the afternoon, no using your own car. Please read the whole post before applying — the last screening question asks about something in it.

About us
We're a family-owned cleaning company here in Meridian. Two crews, adding a third. We clean homes and offices across the Treasure Valley for busy families and for seniors in larger homes. Five stars on Google, Yelp, and Nextdoor. Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave for 2025. Member of the Meridian Chamber of Commerce. Most of our growth comes from clients referring their neighbors, which only happens when the work is done right.

What you'd be doing
You'll work on a crew of two or three cleaning homes and offices. You report to our shop at 880 E Franklin Rd #310 in Meridian at 8:00 AM, load up, and ride with your crew to every job. You do not drive your own car to jobs and you don't pay for gas. Detail cleaning: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, baseboards, windowsills, and the spots most people walk past. You'll follow our checklist in every home and stay in communication with your lead through the day.

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM start at the shop. Saturdays are rare — occasionally we'll ask, but this is not a weekend job.

Pay and what we provide

• $16.50/hr during your first two weeks of paid training
• $18/hr once you're trained
• $20/hr for team leads — we promote from inside, we don't hire leads off the street
• W2 employee, not a 1099 contractor. We handle payroll taxes.
• Company vehicle to every job. All supplies, chemicals, and equipment provided.
• No cleaning experience required. We'll teach you our system.

What we're actually looking for

• You show up ten minutes early. Every day. This is the most important thing on this list.
• You have reliable transportation to get yourself to our Meridian shop by 8:00 AM
• You notice details other people miss
• You can follow a checklist and take direction without getting defensive
• You answer your phone and respond to texts
• You work well next to other people all day
• You can be on your feet all day, bend, use stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs
• You can pass a background check
