Job Title: Paint Line Specialist
Location: Waco, TX
Pay Rate: $20-$24.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2 PM to 10:00 PM
Job Overview:
Crouch Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join their 2nd shift paint line team. The Paint Line Worker will be responsible for assisting with the painting process, including preparing materials, hanging and removing parts, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload parts onto the paint line conveyor system
- Prepare materials by sanding, masking, or cleaning as needed
- Inspect finished parts for quality and touch up any defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE
- Assist with other production duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or paint line setting is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
